This is sort of a Betty Boopish cartoon (with a Helen-Kane-style singing cat in a dress and the gags are very much in the Fleischer vein. The female cats voice (Miss Kitty i presume) is actually provided by Margie Hines who did the voice for Betty Boop, (No wonder Betty Boop had several voices becuse the others were busy with other projects). I am unsure who the male actors are they are not credited. The cats climb a stairway to it and find a world of candy, featuring the Peppermint Candy Palace. They gorge themselves until they are fat, The End.
